Whats Covered
This manufacturer's warranty covers all mechanical and electrical defects arising under normal domestic use for a period of seven years from the date of installation.
Requirements
To maintain the validity of this coverage, the owner must adhere to the following service schedule:
- Annual Health Check & Service: The unit must undergo a mandatory annual inspection performed exclusively by an Aironix Service Engineer or an Aironix-approved contractor.
- Filter Replacement: Filters must be replaced annually.
- Genuine Parts: Only genuine Aironix parts may be used. Use of non-genuine components or failure to replace filters will restrict airflow and void the warranty.
7-year warranty terms & conditions
Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers the repair or replacement of faulty internal components.
Exclusions: This agreement does not cover:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.
- Unauthorised modifications or tampering.
- Exposure to environmental extremes.
- Systems dismantled or repaired by unauthorised personnel.
Installation: The Aironix Alpra must be correctly installed and operated according to the provided manufacturer instructions.
Financial Integrity: This warranty is only valid if payment of the Contractor’s invoice has been made in full within 28 days of the date of submission.
Transferability: This warranty is transferable to new homeowners, provided a full service history (including annual filter changes and health checks) is presented at the time of a claim.

You can claim under your warranty by emailing info@aironix.co.uk with the subject line 'Servicing Claim'. Please also include the product's address and serial number in the email.
Legal note
This Warranty is in addition to your statutory or legal rights. Please retain all service records and invoices as proof of maintenance to ensure continued protection.
